I am looking for information on Excessing. Specifically for mail handler who is married to a clerk. Mail handler is being forced to go 3+hours away. Clerk is now told she will loose her seniority if she follows because she is senior enough to stay. Does anyone have any information on how this actually works. We keep being told he will get Trailing spouse Benefits but no one here knows what those are. Both our unions are new to this and are learning as they go. Does anyone have any actual experience with this kind of situation? His job here Ends April 18th.
