I am a brand new career Mail Handler, I have been with USPS since April 2014 but was only recently converted. My family and I will be relocating to Puerto Rico in November 2016 and since I don't have 12 months Career service my transfer will probably be denied. This is a sort of backup plan.
Is there anyone from the island that would like to move to the Mainland and experience 4 seasons, Cool, Warm, Hot and Cold? Or anyone who just wants a change of scenery. If so, please contact me ASAP. I am close to the bottom of the seniority list up here, FYI.
