Redding is about 2.5 hrs from Sac and about 400 to SF. I'ts a nice town, check it out online.
I will consider any area that will get me closer to my family in Northern Idaho. Anywhere in Northern Idaho or Spokane, Wa, Thompson Falls, MT, Post Falls Idaho, Medford OR, salem Eugene, Sandpointe, ID........and surrounding areas of all of the above.
