How long after an "In Review" status is updated on EReassign before the transfer is processed, if approved?

i have been in review for 6 months. the post office is in a freeze. they are eliminating routes and getting rid of jobs. once this is completed if you have more than 6 years so your not laid off, they might start taking transfers

I have been in review for over a year to the Houston area. It has been a long wait.
