Bob_ Not to bust your bubble but you do not transfer to a route no matter what your senority. Even with a mutual transfer you will have a hard time getting a drive route

Thanks, I have both transfered and traded. I know how it works. If you get enough seniority you have a better shot at a good rt. Thats why I said, "looking for someone with enough seniority ..."
Dont worry ... didnt bust my bubble. Lol

sure ... but redding is a very affordable place to live, unlike most other areas of ca. where are you.

plan now for a move this spring. IE: get everything approved. garage sales etc. if you have 1994 or better seniority you get into Wenatchee with 20 yrs office seniority.
Wenatchee is a lot like redding .. mountains, lakes, rivers. but not as hot in summer, and not as long. winters are a lot colder. more snow than rain. you can see the ski slope from town , it looks cool all lit up at night.
no state taxes from your paycheck, so you get a raise as soon as you get here. city electric is cheapest in the nation with 3 dams on the Columbia ..... hmmmmm sounds nice maybe i'll retire here. LOL
