Hey guys can anyone be helpful and kind enough to help me with instruction and or procedures to do a mutual swap please...no one in my officw nor the swaping persons office know so were stuck...i would greatly appreciate the help

You and the person you're swapping with both need to send letters to your postmaster and their postmaster telling them you want to swap. Make sure you include each other's EID. They should then contact you to work out a date.
