In the last year or 2 there was a guy from Concord, NC that was trying to get to New Castle for the same reason if I remember correctly. Look back in the archives, could be a perfect match.

Could be wrong, but I think you have to stay in a new assignment for at least a year before you can request another transfer. Unless you can prove there's a hardship.
Maybe you already know that; might wanna check into it if not.
