I am a regular letter carrier, in Joliet, IL, with seniority of 12/87. I need to get to AZ for family reasons ASAP.

Hang in there Rick...eventually you will get that transfer. I really don't care what happens to our seniority when a mutual happens because we all know that we don't want to become PTF's again right!! I wanna be guaranteed 40 hrs a week not 20+ hours as a PTF. The postal service seems to be using more of the TE's than the PTF's!!!! Good luck to you and to all of us.
