How about Beaumont, California? 20 minutes from best retirement area (Palm Springs); 1.5 hours to the coast.

I have 22 years seniority but 5 years here in Eugene I started in Denver then went to Phoenix then got a mutual trade here,we have small town mail unlike the big cities, four offices to bid, half my station are LLV routes and pro masters, I am 5th in seniority at my office and have about 20 routes, my station has the best supervisors one other station is all drive off the downtown station is mostly walkout with a lot of businesses, and the 4th station is close to the college and mostly hilly neighborhoods
