Waterville, Maine looking for Colorado! ASAP

Small office in an affordable town nested in central maine's lake region. Located 30 minutes from the capital of maine, and 45 minutes from the ocean, Waterville has a lot of gorgeous cheaply affordable victorian style homes.

There are about 20 routes in the office, this route starts business before turning residential. about 3-4 miles of easy & flat walking walking
