I am a letter carrier I have a letter of removal against me and the lawyer that works with the nalc called me last Friday October 1st and tells me that it is not looking good. You should resign if you resign then you can reapply later again if you want to and work at the post office again but if you let them fire you then you cannot reapply. So my question is does anyone know how long I have to wait to reapply and can I reapply to be a letter carrier again? Please, help me out here thank you.
