Looking to swap and had a few questions if anyone can help.

How long does it take once you do have a mutual swap?
I hear on average it does take a while to find a swap. I have a house to sell and buy and was wondering what is usually the time frame they give you to get your affairs in order.

Thanks

I have actually seen quite a few swaps. I think the timeframe really depends on local management. I've seen most happen within a couple months. If you're in Las Vegas, I don't think selling your house will be an issue.
