I'm in Scottsdale, AZ and want to be within a 30 minute drive to beaches but will consider anywhere in Florida. Possibly coastal Georgia, SC & NC.

I'm in a three office district with just under 200 total routes. I think all routes have LLVs (except the auxies, which you won't be doing). Lots of growth and regulars retiring.
