yes, its very annoying when city carriers post on rural carriers site thinking they can do mutual transfers with rural carriers and city carriers are not allowed to do so...and they know it!!

City carriers and clerks, you really cannot trade with rural carriers. SO DON'T POST HERE. It won't get you anywhere.
