My original post was that I wanted to transfer from Melbourne, FL, to Southeastern West Virginia. This is the ONLY place I want to transfer to, ONLY the 5 or 6 counties in Southeastern West Virginia. No need to contact me about any other areas, or about three-way, unless you have it all set up already. Obviously, South Carolina is nowhere near Southeastern WV.

I hope everyone understands that even if you get approval from both postmasters, your route and my route will go up for bid in the respective installations, and the two transferees will receive the residual routes (that is, the worst remaining route in each installation).
