Just wanted to mention that anything is possible when looking for a mutual transfer. I recently did a mutual transfer from Ohio. Thought I was wasting my time looking. The transfer process was quick and easy. I love Clermont, but, my family is in Bradenton and would like to be closer to them and the beach.
