Seniority date 6/24/1994. Level 7. As I understand it, we would both get the lower of our seniority dates and be unassigned. I also think we have to both be the same pay grade. (You have to be a 7). Not sure if that's right. Oklahoma City has a low cost of living, fun things to do, and friendly people. It's about 3 hours from Dallas, TX. The weather is usually hot in the summer.
