Time to wake up people and get off your duff if you want to work in another city or state! I talked with the union President today and he said that the PO plans on staying with Article 12 withholding for years if they can and that they want to only use a TE force for new hires. So for most cases and areas, you can forget about E-reassign. The only way to go is a mutual and even with that, your record for the past 2 years must be clean. So c'mon... stop thinking about it and make the trade! And oh by the way, we need someone from Phoenix who wants to go to San Diego for a trade! Who wouldn't want to work in the best city weather wise?? Summer heat is coming to Phoenix! Get on board NOW!

Does anyone else out there know anything about when article 12 withholding will be lifted in your area? How about TE's being assigned as Flat Sorter TE's so that they do not count against the nationwide quota for TE's? HELP!
