I'm in Auburn, NY, about 30 minutes west of Syracuse. My family and I are looking to relocate to Colorado Springs.

30 min of businesses
1/2 walking (small splits)
No need for speed walking/ driving in the nice neighborhoods... seriously

Deer (mainly Does) are very common to walk around or stand still as you walk past them on the lawns.

I usually visit this site every 2-3 days

I'd really like to try to get to the Colorado Springs area. If you're still interested, maybe we can try to find someone who wants to go from Colorado Springs to Wheat Ridge and do a 3-way swap. Let me know if you're still interested and I will start looking for someone.

My wife and I have been discussing and now swaying away from NY. (Unfriendly firearm laws and such)
