Anytime, we have to help each other out when possible. This might be the only chance some have to get where they want or need to be. Swaps are quite difficult to get either due to not finding someone wanting to swap or if you do they fail to be honest.

That vacancy list is a joke. A lot of other places do not have theirs listed on this list and they are getting people from ereassign and ALSO hiring CCA's. It is up to the district to post the vacancies on this list and the union should make them or make them take ereassignments. Hiring 20 CCA's, but not allowing ereassignments is some crap!
