How about Reno Nv? 4500 ft elevation. 4 seasons. Might reach high 90s for a few weeks in summer. Snows a little but burns off in a day or two. 1 hour from lake tahoe, and 2.5 hours from Sacramento. My route is all residential. No arrow keys needed. Washington Station covers 89503 and 89501 zip codes.
A year from now, I'll be looking your way. I'm in the heart of the Suncoast District in Tampa, FL. I have never had to wear pants to work, shorts only! Being so close to the gulf, temps never exceed 98 degrees. I have perfect attendance at the post office since starting in 2016. Hope all is well!
