Whats the difference between a mutual swap and a liteblue reassign??
Do you loose your seniority on a reassign?
What about a mutual swap? Can anybody help thanks. Looking for a mutual swap to Fl.

In a reassign you become the low regular on the seniority list in that office. In a mutual swap , both carriers get the seniority that is lowest of the carriers involved
