Yes it can be done. I am in one right now. Make sure all Post Masters agree and get in touch with your Human Resource contact! You must be on e-reassign for each other's office and submit a letter stating that you all wish to swap and list each carriers contact info. in the letter. Your HR contact can help you from there. E-REASSIGN is a requirement now. And you are not transfering, so you will not be PTF! It is a mutual swap (body for body) that is why you get the lowest seniority and the routes have to go up for bid! This is my second swap!
