Just to give all heads up NYC district are very strict when it comes to swaps...They don't allow more than one to one swaps , so for those that are swapping from NYC to other locations be prepared to fight.. all 3 ways and etc..will be hard!!

Yeah! They create so much bureaucracy/red tape here in NYC. The time it took to cut thru it all cost me a swap. Other places you can go directly to the Postmaster. Here there are at least 3 people you have to see before you can get to the PM.
