I am Oklahoma District and the HR people say that the contract doesn't say that they have to allow a three way trade. Anyone have any insight on that?

Postmasters in the Central Illinois District say, a body for a body is all they care about. Plus, each Postmaster would only have to do 1 person's paperwork. As long as each party has all the stuff for them, shouldn't be a problem.
