I would add Las Vegas to your list. You can bid to the Pebble RD station and that's basically henderson. Or close enough.

I live in Las Vegas (East Side) right on the cusp of Henderson. I have been trying to get a Mutual Swap to Boise, or the surrounding areas for over a year now. Meridian is actually my preferred city. I am a City letter carrier though; not a Rural Carrier. Seniority date is June/2003.
