Looking for swap to Manhattan, but would consider any of the 5 boroughs. Need to get back home to NY to tend to mother. Great tourist town charleston, very relaxing (too relaxing for this new yorker), plenty beaches with Myrtle Beach 1 and a half hours away. Plenty golfing as well as fishing to do here!The family circle cup is held here every year as well as the PGA tour. Can even sell you my house.
