Hi, Im a regular in Avalon, NJ. Small resort office on the Shore. Bought a home in Boulder, CO. Would like to transfer within a 75- 100 mile radius from there. If a deal can be hammered out, I'll kick in $ 5000.00 for moving or whatever you want to do with it. Regulars preferred but willing to listen to all offers.
