I finally found some to do a mutual trade with. We have not written the letters to the others PM or HR yet. I am wondering does any one know when the letters are sent how long does it take before you start at the new station? Thanks in advance.

That's the big question isn't it....I did the same thing, but I'm one step ahead of you, sent the letters out yesterday, so we'll see, sounds like a hurry up and wait thingy, I'm sure that you have done that before...
