Bruce, Orlando is far from perfect for me but how about Fairmount/Marion, Indiana for you? Marion is roughly 39000 peeps and halfway between Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne off I-69. you could buy my house in Fairmount (3200 peeps). It is a 4 bdrm 2400 sq ft with 2 complete baths and a full laundry rm rt off the kit. Fenced yard all around. Brick drive and sidewalks as well as brick st in frt. Privacy fence two sides with lower talk to the neighbor fence on one side. Smaller rot iron fence everywhere else.
