Guess I need to narrow the areas looking to get to. Not New York or Northeast, looking for Chattanooga TN. Would be open for Atlanta, North Carolina, maybe Virginia (Richmond area). If someone from Colorado Springs Colorado wants to throw into the pot I would definitely consider and try persuading my wife.
