I made regular last year July 25th. How long do I have to wait to transfer out of town? Trying to leave ASAP due to PTSD conditions!

I believe itIts 18months but u might be able to sooner since u have medical. Where you live and where u looking to go

It's only 12 months when you first make regular. I am sure.
