Has anybody on this website ever done a transfer? I have found a circuit of exchanges that might be workable, but it would involve 5 different carriers, and I am not sure how workable it would be.

i've traded, but not from this site, but in my mission of trading again, Postmasters from a few different towns around me say "as long as it's a body for a body trade, it's ok"

Patrick, I have done a even swap once. 5 ways is pushing it, but as long as you do the legwork and get all postmasters involved to agree, then it should work.
