Hello, my name is Christopher Chapman and I hold the position of Mail Carrier. I am looking for a mutual transfer from Houston, Texas to my home town of Atlanta, Ga. Both my parents and close family members are in Atlanta. Houston has plenty of OT available and would be a great place to be. My seniority date is March, 2015.
