I missed out on NM. It might be a time for a change, great office here (fountain hills only, and don't know about the other offices)- great management, supervisor (but that is to be determined by the carrier) , (and again, have no idea what the other supervisors or managers are like), MOST have LLV's (not sure if all do), can't tell you what route eval you could end up with (you would have to look at them).
