It's really good weather all year round with all four seasons apparent in New Mexico. My route... 2-3hrs office time, 4hrs business delivery, and 2hrs residential delivery(all ndcbu). Recently separated and looking to start fresh somewhere else. I'm originally from San Pedro, California, surfer, boater, beach bum, hence a beach city is preferable because I plan on buying a house boat.
Perks: casinos(x5) within 30 min.. All 4 seasons.. Low traffic.. Many lakes not far away.. Snowboarding/skiing.. Cost of living extremely low comparably.. Will throw in cash if the swap is worth it!
