Has Orlando did FSS yet? If so are they excessing carriers out? How many stations are there to bid from? Would you be interested in a 3 way swap if possible.
We have already done FSS and completed route adjustments. Because our postmaster held back routes there isn't anyone being excessed out. there are two offices to bid in approx 90 routes. A three way swap would be ok as long as I get to Raleigh/Durham area
