Low seniority looking for mutual transfer I just became a regular in July found out I have to wait a whole year as a regular to transfer back home please help!

Where are you in MN???? your seniority does not matter, because when you transfer you start over. you do not loose benefits, but you go to the bottom of the bidding list.
