Long shot but if you’re interested in Long Island NY I’d be willing to go down south. Small office 8 routes but it is all mounted delivery.

Bumping this for more detail. NEPA small office with 5 routes and an aux in a small coal town. My route is a park and loop with maybe 20 minutes mounted delivery right after lunch. Let me know if you'd be at all interested.
