I'm considering a new start. I'm interested in someplace near water with moderate temperatures and a lower cost of living. I'd prefer the Washington coast, but the Northern Oregon coast could work. Sandy is in the greater Portland metro area. 40 minutes from town and 40 minutes from Timberline Lodge. We've currently have 10 rural routes 9LLV. Sandy is growing quickly and most the routes are up for dynamic changes.

I am willing to take North Bend, but after count we did end up with a POV route. So that's a change I feel obligated to include.
