Houston TX transfer to Birmingham AL area

Looking to transfer within 60 miles within Birmingham. Pelham. Alabaster. Bessemer. Need to move closer to family. My office is in WIllis TX outside 30 minutes north of Houston my route is a 43J with a LLV it typically takes 3 hours to run.
