Was told by Human Resources in Suncoast District, Florida that Labor Relations will NO LONGER ALLOW 3-way transfers. Only 2-way (Mutual Swap) transfers will be processed.

I was also told that a 3 way was not allowed. So, in 2008, I completed a 4 way!!!! Best thing I ever did! Keep pursuing your dreams! If you want it, contact your union and get them on the ball!
