ALl K rts in my city office, all LLVs, all have Sats off. Nice town, 200K people, college, 3.5 hrs to the Gulf, 1.hr 20 min to ATL.
Army base is 20 minutes, and large urban whitewater course within 15 minutes.
Lots to do, very cultured,great schools and shopping. Lots of jobs!
