I recently became a regular. I have a 40k route. I was a RCA for one year before I became regular. I now make $42,000 yearly. I want to weigh my options and know what type of income I could possibly be making in the future. Just search for rural salary chart. Just don't look at what you would be making if you started 15 years ago, when RCAs started at $24 an hour.
