It all depends on the person in HR that is processing the transfer. If you're lucky enough to submit it to someone who knows what they're doing and has a good work ethic it won't take longer than a month or two once everything is submitted. I was just involved in a 4-way transfer where it only took a month for our routes to go up for bid.
Im working a transfer now. What happens after everyone has signed the transfer paper? Do you report to new city once your route goes up for bid? Any info will help. Thanks
