I am in Hugo, MN, a suburb of the Twin Cities. I am looking to go anywhere in the south 1/3rd of the country. Would prefer AZ, TX, or FL, but would consider anything south. Need to get my son to a warmer climate due to his Juvenile rheumathoid arthritis.
