We are 2 rural carriers, husband and wife looking for ,mutual transfers anywhere in Arizona. One or both. Very large of office here in WV. Centrally located in the Panhandle of WV. Can be in MD, VA, PA, and DC in less than thirty minutes. Both routes are 46k and office is LLV on every route but two. Start time 8am. Very mild weather all seasons.
