I have transferred before if you have any questions, I know the answer. When you transfer we have to get all parties to agree, then post masters and all carriers sign a paper, before the transfer all offices involved put up all routes for bid. All transfer carriers (2 or more) get whatever route is left.

And most important make sure you are committed and ready before papers are signed. Once all parties have signed its a done deal.UNLEES all parties mutally agree to xancel transfer.I have a binding transfer the other carrier thinks she can just say shes not transferring...wrong routes are being posted transfer will happen and if the ither carrier dies nit report to new office it could cost them there job.So before you commit make sure and stay in contact with all partues its alot of work to go through and let others down.
