where in sunny ca? I live in oak harbor, wa mountains visisble on both sides but 2 hr drive mild 4 seasons, depending on location I have persons interested in southern ca for a 3 way

would you be interested in evergreen, Colorado
it is central U.S. and at the base of mountains
