I would consider Southern Cal. Where specifically? Or maybe we can find someone in Arizona who wants Southern Cal and we can do a three way transfer Smiler

It's a small town in San Bernardino county called Phelan. It's just over an hour from LA, but is a more reasonable in cost of living.
I am also considering AZ, and haven't found anyone. But keep me in mind. Thanks!
